How does it work?

  • Payment will be due on the 1st of each month for the month ahead.​
  • Unused hours will expire at the end of each month.​
  • You will be notified if we are getting close to the monthly hours.​
  • A detailed time report will be submitted to you every 1st of the month
  • Additional hours will be added on the next month’s bill.
  • You can cancel the contract any time. However, a one week notice is required.
  • Retainer packages does not include printing, custom font license purchase, and web hosting.
