Pugo Flight Plans

Graphic Design Retainer Packages
for Growing Businesses.

Pugo Flight Plans give you a dedicated creative team every month. Consistent design support, reliable output, and no long-term contracts.

Most businesses reach a point where scattered, one-off design help is not enough.
You need a team that already knows your brand. One that shows up every month, meets your deadlines, and keeps your visual identity consistent across every campaign, asset, and channel.
That is what a Pugo Flight Plan is. A monthly graphic design retainer that gives you structured creative support, strategic direction, and a team committed to your growth.

The Problem

Inconsistent Design Support Slows Everything Down

Freelancers are not always available. Turnaround times shift. Quality varies from one project to the next.
When you rely on ad-hoc design help, every new request means starting from scratch. New briefing. New onboarding. New risk.

Meanwhile, your marketing slows down. Campaigns get delayed. Your brand loses the consistency it needs to build trust.
A graphic design retainer solves that. You get a team that is already aligned with your brand, ready to work, every month.

The Solution

A Graphic Design Retainer That Works Like a Dedicated Team

Pugo Flight Plans are built for businesses that need reliable design output every month.

You get a structured creative team that understands your brand, works within your timelines, and delivers consistently. We do more than execute tasks. We give direction, flag issues early, and help you move forward with clarity.

It is not just design support. It is a working creative partnership.

Graphic Design Retainer

Most design services give you one person working through a queue. One task at a time. One skill set. When you have social media, print, web, and motion needs all moving at once, a single designer is not enough.

Pugo is built differently. Every Flight Plan gives you access to our specialist flocks: dedicated teams for branding, print and graphic design, web design and development, and motion and video. When you submit a request, your account manager routes it to the right flock immediately. Multiple requests move in parallel. Nothing waits for something else to finish.

Not One Designer. A Full Team of Specialists.

Specialist Flocks

Every request goes to the right team. Branding to the Branding Flock. Web work to the Web Flock. Motion to the Multimedia Flock. Each flock is led by a Creative Lead who reviews every output before it reaches you.

Creative Lead Oversight

Your brand stays consistent because a senior Creative Lead reviews every deliverable. Not just for quality, but for brand alignment. What your social post looks like matches what your landing page looks like matches what your print materials look like.

Dedicated Account Management

Your account manager handles intake, briefing, scheduling, and follow-up. They track your hours, flag when you are running low, and make sure nothing falls through. You have one point of contact for everything.Every request goes to the right team. Branding to the Branding Flock. Web work to the Web Flock. Motion to the Multimedia Flock. Each flock is led by a Creative Lead who reviews every output before it reaches you.

For US clients, the timezone works in your favor. Brief us at the end of your workday. Your designs are ready when you start the next one. For Australian clients, our timezone overlap means real-time collaboration throughout your business day.

Graphic Design Retainer

What Is a Graphic Design Retainer and How Does It Work?

A graphic design retainer is a monthly arrangement where you pre-purchase a set number of design hours at a fixed rate.

Instead of quoting each project individually or managing multiple freelancers, you get a single team available throughout the month for any approved design task.

This gives you faster turnaround, consistent quality, and predictable monthly costs. You spend less time managing design and more time growing your business.

Why It Works

Why Businesses Choose Monthly Graphic Design Retainer Services

The businesses that get the most from a graphic design retainer are the ones with a consistent stream of creative work.

Social media graphics every week. Monthly campaign assets. Ongoing brand collateral. Website updates. These are needs that do not stop, and they are better served by a team that already knows your brand than by starting fresh with a new hire or freelancer every cycle.

With a retainer, you get predictable output, faster response times, and a creative team invested in your long-term brand consistency.

Comparison

Graphic Design Retainer vs Hiring an In-House Designer

Hiring an in-house designer comes with fixed salary costs, benefits, equipment, and management overhead — and you still only get one person.

With a Pugo Flight Plan, you get a full creative studio: specialist flocks, creative direction, quality control, and project coordination. The capacity scales with your plan. The overhead does not exist.

For businesses that need consistent, professional design output without the complexity of a full-time hire, a monthly graphic design retainer is the more practical path.
