Branding & marketing designs for an independent pharmacy consultancy company
Pharmacy Development Services (PDS) is an American pharmaceutical consultancy firm based in Lake Worth, Florida. Launched in 1998, PDS has been providing pharmacy owners all over the country with critical insights to achieve success. They help pharmacist owners implement innovative programs, how to be dynamic leaders, how to train high-performance teams, and how to use proven strategies effectively.
The Challenge
The PUGO team helps PDS with its branding and marketing design. We closely worked with their in-house marketing team to produce unique print and digital marketing assets. These range from ebooks, trade show collaterals, explainer videos, and large-scale conference branding and signage projects.
By having PUGO act as an extended creative and marketing department, PDS can focus on its marketing, operations, and consultation responsibilities.
Explainer Videos
The pharmaceutical industry’s jargon combined with that of the consultancy industry’s terminologies can be downright technical and confusing. Thus, we made our explainer videos direct and easy to understand.
Our sample video below consists of animated yet simple dots, lines, and text accompanied by voice clips to be relatable and straightforward. Some sound effects and music were added to make the videos lively and exciting.
We also included testimonials from satisfied clients to increase PDS’s credibility.
Printed Marketing Material
We designed their printed materials such as sales kits, flyers, and brochures with cohesion, usability, and branding in mind. Doing so makes these printed materials attractive and easy to read while promoting the PDS brand.


Trade Show Collateral
The main display booth design of PDS is intended to be bold, simple, and eye-catching. For this purpose, we used the color palette of the brand and emphasized the tagline.
We did not put a lot of text and images on the trade booth to avoid unnecessary distractions.

Banners
On the other hand, we placed a lot of pertinent information on banners. Once people approach the trade booth, they can then take their time reading what is presented on the banners.
The contrasting designs of the trade show booth and the banner material are strategically intentional to capture leads.

eBooks
We designed PDS’s e-books to be consistent with their branding colors and layout. We ensured that the content is visible, logically positioned, and easy to read.

Large-Scale Displays
Large-scale displays in public places don’t necessarily need to display the brand, considering that PDS is covering a niche market/industry.
Rather, we want to convey specific processes and roadmaps of the service that PDS provides. This makes it clearer, more poignant, and easy for prospects to understand what they can get from PDS.
As such, we used simple diagrams and flow charts to explain the processes. We also included evocative images to enhance the meaning or essence of these processes.
